This looks a bit like shadows cast on a wood panel but in fact it is a heavy sheet of old translucent plastic behind a stall at the Pike Street with the setting sun creating the silhouettes of people passing by.
Looks like a thug giving someone “the business”.
The merchant whose stall the guy was walking by probably wished he’d stopped and given him the business. Monetary business that is. 🙂
