This photo reminds me of two conflicting things…first is WWII night air raids (though I suppose all the lights would be OFF) and the 2nd is a search light for ETs (extra terrestrials). There is something slightly sinister in this photo that I can’t put my finger on, hence the associations above!
Also, my sister took her daughters to Europe a couple years ago & saw an amazing light display at the Eiffel Tower. Did you and Connie see that “show”?

I think it’s the bare tree branches that kind of gives this image a sinister look as you put it Kathy. We didn’t see the light show at the ET, but I’ve seen videos of it. Impressive it is.
