I have never seen a harbor shot like this one, Larry. Assuming done at night and the light foreground is from lights on the piers fading into distant darkness. The faint light in the sky on the left is crucial to the picture’s success. Very interesting look….and a good example of a fresh way of seeing a commonly photographed subject, something I was reminded to do just yesterday! 🙂
