Thanks Kathy. his photo was taTken in a light box, so both the nest and the feather were placed there. There was a bit of artistic license involved in the composition in that it’s a robin’s nest while the feather (found elsewhere) definitely was not from a robin.
Very effective lighting! I automatically assumed the background was snow! 🙂 And a robin’s feather (I don’t think I’ve ever seen one) might be too small to balance the nest.
