Judy, I see what you mean about Dr. Suess. If I wasn’t so many decades out from reading his books, I could probably even tell you the name of the character it looks like. When I was in Spokane I recalled that you grew up there. It’s an interesting town, I really enjoyed the botanical gardens which were really nice and unexpected for a city that size.
Glad you enjoyed Spokane. I really don’t know the town anymore since I haven’t lived there in about 40 years and don’t visit often anymore. You have a good memory to recall that I grew up there. I think it is a much different town than I grew up in – or maybe it is just me that changed. I remember the botanical gardens at Manito – and the big fountain there. Good memories…
