When we were in Lewistown for the opening of my exhibit at the art center there last month, we got a personalized tour of the clock tower in the county courthouse. The view over the city from the catwalk surrounding the outside of the clock tower was impressive, but it was the clock innards that attracted my camera. This is a view looking out through one of the four translucent clock faces.
Very cool that you got to go up in the clock tower, especially since I’ve visited Lewistown & photographed said clock from the ground! 🙂 A little envious….
Yes, it was quite a treat. I got the impression they were very happy to show is around, so if you go back perhaps a look-see of your own might be possible.
