Loved old dashes…lots if chrome & each car was unique. Woodgrain was REAL wood. You could make an entire show photographing nothing but dashes, hood ornaments, or even hubcaps! Now, but for an extreme few, everything has succumbed to molded plastic
Do you suppose that one day, many years from now, antique molded plastic will come to have the same kind of aesthetic value that wood and chrome do now?
