  1. I like how everyone’s personal space makes a regular distance between individuals. It makes me wonder if students in the 1500s (does the Sorbonne go back that far?) stood in a similar manner waiting for a coach ride! 🙂

    1. Kathy, the original Sorbonne dates back to the 13th century. I found the orderliness of this line and the personal space you mentioned at strange odd with the way Parisian pedestrians walk down the street, it’s often total chaos!

  2. Interesting that only two of the group are interacting and most of the others are using their phones. Is the one girl talking on the phone with one hand while lighting a cigarette with the other?
