This is the entrance to one of the main buildings of the Corviuus University of Budapest. I hung around for some time and can report that, in spite of its name, there did not appear to be any crows, ravens or related birds enrolled there.]]>
Well, I was expecting to see crows. The range and contrast of tones, plus the interesting shadow angles make this a very nice photo. I didn’t realize the scale of the building until I spotted those itty bitty students walking next to the pillars.
Thanks Betty. Even without crows and ravens as students, this was really a unique building for Budapest, one of only a handful of truly modern looking buildings in the downtown area anyway.
