I’m always amazed how some businesses seem hell bent on reducing their potential customer base by wearing their politics (of either party, but it’s usually Republicans) on their sleeves, or their hats, or their buildings, especially when it’s as prominent as this particular instance. But in towns like Powell which are very prominently Republican, I don’t guess they’re losing much potential income if a few folks decide to take their business elsewhere.

This time of year my mind is very keyed to thinking about (hoping for) rain. But sometimes in May, as was the case a week or so ago, the hoped for rain often comes in an albino white form.
