I’m always amazed how some businesses seem hell bent on reducing their potential customer base by wearing their politics (of either party, but it’s usually Republicans) on their sleeves, or their hats, or their buildings, especially when it’s as prominent as this particular instance. But in towns like Powell which are very prominently Republican, I don’t guess they’re losing much potential income if a few folks decide to take their business elsewhere.
I’m always surprised that often in conversations with people of this political persuasion they seem to think that “of course” you feel the same way that they do.
Exactly, I’ve experienced the same thing! In addition to the obvious political differences between political parties, there seems to also be a big difference in regard to the lack of self-awareness.
