There was a time, long ago, when I could have packed the bulk of my belongings in a trunk this size should the need arise to move on. These days, well, it would take more, much more than that.

There was a time, long ago, when I could have packed the bulk of my belongings in a trunk this size should the need arise to move on. These days, well, it would take more, much more than that.
Can you imagine how heavy one of these trunks fully packed would be?? And then to try to put it on and off a stagecoach or train…that would be quite a heft! Even without all your modern stuff! 🙂
These days I couldn’t even fit the essentials of life in a trunk that size, much less lift it. You know, essentials like camera equipment, a desktop computer (with multiple screens of course), and a big printer. 🙂
