Hey, I know that intersection! Just kidding – but I do know Howard St. Isn’t it a sign of the times that you rarely see a person walk down the street these days who is NOT on a cell phone – and paying attention to what they’re doing? (Do I sound like an old, cranky person or what! :-))
Judy, when it comes to cell phones, I’m one of those cranky old people too! Probably because I’ve noticed I lose some awareness of what’s going on around me (e.g. traffic) when I walk and talk on the phone at the same time. Pretty sure I can still walk and chew gum at the same time though.
