So, you suppose those guys we see dribbling asphalt on the roads are mindful of their compositions (pun intended)? If so they are due more respect. Fixing our roads and providing art as a value added. The DOT needs to update their cost benefit calculations to reflect their contribution. Steve
I’ve thought the same thing. I think some of the workers must get a little bored and so apply some unnecessary but much appreciated (my me anyway) flourish to their work. Maybe some of those 1% or 3% for art programs can be applied to road maintenance.
