This is part of a larger three-part sculpture piece by Denmark artist Jorn Ronnau at the Blackfoot Pathways Sculpture in the Wild International Sculpture Park. The park is an interesting stop, something that will likely someday eclipse Lincoln’s other claim to fame–the former residence of the infamous Unibomber Ted Kaczynski.
I thought I recognized the subject right away but couldn’t place it. Your caption explained. I visited the sculpture garden a couple years ago. I’m sure there are new installations by now.
The park has an artist-in-residence program so I’m sure they are adding new pieces on a regular basis.
