There is a little two-track road up to the building that you can make out a bit of in the lower left section of the image, but nothing but sagebrush between it and the gas pump. Peering in the windows of the building it did look like it had been used most recently for a flea market, or at least a lot of miscellaneous stuff you might see at a flea market was stored inside the building. There was no indication of recent access, so even that usage seemed to have been discontinued.
