This is a monochrome image but the color of the building was actually pretty much what is shown here. I thought it made an otherwise mundane looking building quite attractive.

This is a monochrome image but the color of the building was actually pretty much what is shown here. I thought it made an otherwise mundane looking building quite attractive.
I love all the variations in the windows caused by reflections or lack thereof. Makes the same window shape seem completely different, say the completely black one at the bottom vs. the white one in the middle far left.
I actually photographed the building several different times of day and liked the ones like this one that showed the brightest reflections in the window. The resulting high contrast makes the building “pop” more in the image. The same light also gave more of a glow to the bricks as well.
