I’ve been using the Dualities title to label paired photos of somehow similar subjects. But this photo made me realize that the concept can sometimes be fully expressed in a single image. (Compare the jagged ridgeline to the cloud above.)
That is a remarkable similarity. Did you notice the “echo” at the time of photographing or did you see it afterwards?
Kathy, I have to say I did not consciously see the relation in the shapes until afterward. But unconsciously, who knows–muses work in mysterious ways sometimes.
