Conventional wisdom has it that some snail shells, like the nautilus shell, follow the shape of a golden spiral. A closeup shot of Upper Yellowstone Falls. I found it interesting how the sprays of water frozen by the camera are mirrored by corresponding “sprays” of basalt in the adjoining canyon wall.
