POTD: Park It Anywhere

Park It Anywhere

One of the nice things about the desert, if you’re into preservation anyway, is that you can stick a car just about anywhere and years and even decades later it will be in about the same shape as when it was first parked.

  1. That large utility truck in the backround, could you tell if it was an old service fuel truck? It kind of looks like the one my uncle, who was a Farm Service agent for Mobile Oil used to drive. The color was red in the back in the day.

    1. It looked like a fuel truck to me. It looked like the ones they use at airports. But it could have been an old farm service truck too. (Perhaps more likely than an airport truck.) This particular one has a white tank and a gaudy green cab, along with a good deal of rust accents.
