Crow Light

A full silhouette of a crow launching off of a street light pole. I like the minimalist, somewhat abstract, look of the image but also the way my eye and brain immediately pick up on the crow but then stumble a bit on recognizing the light pole, I think because it’s expecting it to be another crow.
That was my exact expectation – that the other image was also a crow. I also like the minimalist look. For a moment I thought you were playing a joke with your “Crow Light” title and didn’t post a picture at all – I had to scroll down quite a bit before the crow came into view. 🙂
Funny. That blank post would have been a variation on the old polar bear in a snowstorm picture.
