Places of Color Grenada, Nicaragua 2013
As my oeuvre suggests, I’m predisposed to think in black and white when photographing. But some places literally demand that I work more in color than I normally do. Grenada is obviously one such location. You’ll still see a number of black and white images in my posts from here, but color is going to dominate–possibly by shear numbers; definitely by visual sensual impact. Can you say eye-popping color?

Wow! That is color – so not what I expect from you! 🙂 I love the little splash of bright blue sky at the top. Enjoy the warm weather.
Thanks Judy. Warm weather in spades here!
Just got done teaching a class on color in photography! This is a perfect example! 🙂 Ditto on enjoying the warmth. Yesterday -20 in Frenchtown. Brrrrr!
Thanks Kathy. Definitely no brrr factor here, except momentarily when we jump in the pool!
