I’m sure it seemed like a good idea at the time, take a run-down defunct hotel on the corner of the two busiest streets in town and convert it into an upscale condominium complex. Then the real estate bubble burst. Now there is an empty defunct condominium complex on the corner of the two busiest streets in town.
Maybe I’m slow but I can’t figure out what I’m looking at!
Cute but slow, huh? 🙂 Actually I wondered if it would be obvious to folks or not. It’s a set of empty electric meter bases where they install the electric meters, if and when the condos are ever occupied.
Actually, I did wonder if that’s what those were. Probably everyone else figured it out – or else they’re embarassed to admit they didn’t!
