A while back the Fashion Queen went to a rally in support of the First Amendment. Afterwards, her homemade sign took up position in the recycle pile in our garage. For some reason that gave me an uneasy feeling every time I passed by it.

It’s a common occurrence in Bozeman to see discarded furniture sitting along the street in various parts of town. It is mostly due to transient renters, lead by students from the university, who move and do not have the desire or means to move their often worn out furniture. Most of these “art installations” don’t warrant a second look, but this old recliner got my attention when I was walking by one day. I did not have my camera with me but made the effort of jumping in my car when I got home and returning to take some photos.
