Just a bunch of junk inside the grain elevator at Willow Creek, but looking at the shapes and textures without consideration of what the various objects actually are, it is somehow a compelling (to me anyway) abstract composition.

The repeating vertical lines of the posts are reinforced by the vertical lines of rope/wire and all contained by the swoop of a horizontal line across the lower third. I like it! 🙂
Thanks Kathy! Did you notice what I think is the quirkiest component in the scene, the quite small “no trespassing sign” in the lower center? It’s counter to the idea of viewing the image as an abstract composition but I think it adds an element of humor.
Reminds me of the picture you took of my shop.
Well, I think your shop is a little bit more organized than that. 🙂 Mine often isn’t though!
