Your photo reminds me of several of John’s friends who could not seem to keep their bike on the trail and out of the bushes while mountain biking . When riding with them it was a foregone conclusion there would be blood by the end of the ride.

Thanks Carol, and a funny story! My brother, an avid mountain biker, told me a couple of years ago that if I wasn’t falling while mountain biking I wasn’t learning. Aside from a nasty fall into a prickly pear cactus once, I’ve been very glad to stay in my uneducated state in that regard.
