I love this! Do you think the man was removing something from the dog’s paw? Maybe it’s my deep love of dogs, but I see in this photo the trust and love that is so beautiful between dog and human.
It certainly did seem like he was removing something from the dog’s paw–something that is more often required with long-haired dogs like that. The dog’s expression and easy compliance with the guys working sure suggests an easy relationship between the two. It makes me miss my dogs! And, yes, those seemingly necessary diagonal lines across the image actually really compliment the diagonal back position of the dog. And how funny that half that park bench’s back being missing allowed me a good view of the subject.
