Before reading the caption, I thought this might be in Craters of the Moon park (ID I believe). Did not know there was such a remarkable crater in Death Valley.
As far as I know, Ubehebe (the main one and it’s 2-3 side craters) is the only crater complex in Death Valley. It’s one of my favorite spots there. I’ve also been to Craters of the Moon–a totally different looking place than Death Valley but very fascinating in its own right.
