Probably should have called this one Looking Back or something as it is the view of the way back out of the slot canyon we were in.
From your camera position, it appears that “the way is shut” to getting out. 🙂 [obscure Lord of the Rings reference]
I visited Cathedral Gorge decades ago…need to go back to my old slides after seeing your photos.
The way out was an easy walk but while you’re back in there it’s not hard for the mind to start thinking thoughts of being trapped in there. You know, “what if…”
