I’ve been having a debate with myself over whether I prefer the b&w treatment or the color approach of your earlier image. The b&w emphasizes the texture and the color version contrasts my two favorite hues, blue & yellow. I remember photographing this as well and trying to isolate the blue areas since they seemed like water.
Do you have a preference on the treatment?

Good to see you too Kathy. As far as the color vs. monochrome question, usually if I post one image in color and the other not, it’s an indication that I have no strong preferences either way because both approaches seem to have equal or nearly equal merit; that was certainly the case here.
