Larry, This reminds me of the night & snow photography by Andrew Sanderson of England who wrote a book about night photography with film. (Available from Amazon for about $10 in like-new condition.) He has some amazing shots. It’s a great combo…night lights and snow…Kathy
I’m not familiar with Sanderson, I’ll have to look him up. Night lights and snow are a great combo as you mention, especially if you’re addicted to high contrast images like I seem to be.
