About ten days ago, our Indian Summer weather was interrupted by this early snowstorm–not particularly rare in October but generally unexpected when they happen. The trees, which had not shed their leaves yet were really impacted by all the wet heavy snow, dropping lots of branches on the ground due to the weight. The snow slowly disappeared but it probably (hopefully) won’t be gone long.
