A few of the seemingly solid rocks in the rock walls we built turned out not so solid and disintegrated over time. In this case the hole left by one of the by-gone rocks was plugged with wish rocks that happened to be sitting nearby. (A wish rock is any rock with a solid band running clear round it. It’s possession grant’s the holder one wish.)
I like that touch. They fit in there like they were meant to be. Hope your trip is going well.

It’s funny how those rocks fit so well given they just happened to be sitting on top of the wall.
So far so good on the trip. We were glad we didn’t have to leave yesterday during the snowstorm that rolled through Bozeman–we got 8″ of snow, in mid-April no less.
Whoa! 8″ of snow. Wacky weather everywhere you look.
