Sometimes when a saguaro cactus loses an arm, it just regrows one in the same spot. Too bad that doesn’t work the same for human body parts–you know, like hearts.

You might notice that the dates of my recent photos seem to have been in the past. That’s because I’ve not been out taking new photos since early 2025 so have been going back through older sets of photos for possible POTDs that I have not considered before. It’s good to go back and take a second look at photos anyway and it solves the issue of no new photos.  At some point I will get the urge to go out and photograph some more. I’m certainly capable of doing so during my continued recovery, but right now I’m content to work through this older stuff at home on the computer.
