Finally, Spring

The snow is almost all gone at our mountain house and we’re finally able to drive up there. The lupine are starting to grow, which is a sure sign that spring is here, as is the fact that the moisture coming down is in the form of rain rather than snow. I’m really excited about staying up there for the summer if for no other reason other than it’s so much easier to maintain an appropriate social distance from your neighbors when you live on 40 acres.
