Love this – the composition and the light/shadows make the photo not only beautiful but also attention worthy. My eye wants to take in everything. A few years ago I was in Kalispell in the summer and bought three photos of yours at an art fair: one of two swings, one of a swing set, and the last a row of wooden stumps (all in winter). My husband and I moved this past June to a much larger place and I finally have a wall where they fit perfectly. I bought frames that are dark gray barn-board, and I love them!!
I can tell this is going to be a great series of images, Larry! Iconic subject matter and fantastic light! I look forward to more after these 2 shots.
Thanks Kathy. The light was that famous “magic hour” light (a.k.a golden hour).

Thanks Kris, and I’m glad those photos (some of my favorites) finally found a place on your wall!
