It’s been several weeks since I was last in Rochester but they, like much of the rest of the country, were already in the Halloween spirit even back then. (Gotta stay ahead of the Christmas decorations I guess.) I like this shot because it has such an odd collection of features about it, especially when I noticed the two heads up behind the roof railing.
Either way you scroll, it gets more bizzarre especially with the “ONE WAY” sign.
The relief carving of the three pedestals and the flowers had me really scratching my head. That’s one weird thing that is a permanent fixture on the building. I wonder if it has any particular significance.
