PICTURE OF THE DAY
I have a growing list of family, friends, and other folks to whom I send a daily "picture of the day" (POTD) email with a link to a special web page containing a photo of interest. Nearly every day I post a new photo to the POTD page. These photos are usually taken from whatever set of images I am currently working on. They are not to be confused with the finished products that appear in the regular galleries on this website. Some of them will eventually make it into a formal gallery and/or become part of the collection of photos I sell at art shows. Others are just of passing day-to-day interest, maybe just something goofy that I came across and wanted to share. Often they are more meant to be casual entertainment than serious art.
If you are interested in following the day-to-day progress of a working fine art photographer, you are welcome to join the POTD list. To do so, please send an email to me at the address listed on the Contact page and put the words "subscribe to POTD" in either the subject or text of the email. Once I receive your email, I will add you to the list. You can stop getting the POTD emails at any time by simply replying to one of the emails. I will of course never share your email address with anyone else. One reason I send out the POTDs is to get the reaction of people to the photos. So, please, if you see a photo that moves you in some way, good, bad, or otherwise, let me know! I appreciate all feedback.

P.S. I am now publishing a quarterly newsletter. I am using the POTD list as the starting point for distribution for notification of each new newsletter. So signing up for the POTD notification will also insure you are notified of each new newsletter as well. You can also just get notifications of the quarterly newsletters and not the POTDs, just email me and let me know you want to be on the distribution list.
